| Description | Hi Kerwin, Could you check attached log file ? RCU paired with STB. And we are pressing RCU to change menu. After 2~3 min. from last press RCU button, there is reconnection message on the screen. In the log, 08-07 10:24:44.639 4111 6886 W AtvRemote.BleRemoteDevice: Failed to successfully disconnect from 14:4E:34:91:0C:1E: 34 So could you check it why RCU disconnect and reconnection is happened ? It happened about 8/7 10:25. | ||||

Hi Mr. Yoon, I see BT RCU is disconnected but I can't check the root cause from the log file. The BT stack debug messages are not enabled by default. Is it easy to reproduce ? Please share it with us, thanks ! |

Hi Kerwin, Our QA Engineer enabled BT Log and she is trying to reproduce now. We will come back when we get some log about it. |

Hi Mr.Yoon/Mr.Jason Park, I've made a fix for this issue and do tests for 2 days. Issue is not happened again. The root cause is pairing state inconsistent between Android Framework and BT stack when changing from BONDING to BONDED. We need to have an internal review of the changes and will commit it to BitBucket on 8/28. Thanks ! |
